Their data stays with your shop
Customers tick consent before they join. They can download a copy or delete their account. Invoices the law tells us to keep stay, without their name. A customer’s card is not shared with other businesses on XEQT Loyalty.

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They open your link, join, and add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
What does my staff do at the till?
The customer gives their mobile number. Staff tap Stamp. A new number gets a link to add the card. The old short code still works too.
Can someone fake a stamp?
Codes work once and expire quickly. The same customer cannot be stamped again too soon, and staff cannot stamp their own card. Every visit is kept.
When do I pay?
Prices on this page include VAT. Start has no monthly fee. Shop and Multi are monthly. Your invoice lists the VAT on its own line.
Can I try it first?
Yes. New shops get Shop features free for 30 days. No card is taken. After that you choose a paid plan, or you move to Start.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. Done-for-you covers the card, a QR poster, staff training, and a go-live checklist. Doing it yourself is free.
What about my customers’ information?
They tick consent before they join. They can download or delete their data. Their card is not shared with other shops.
