XEQT Loyalty lets you run a deterministic loyalty rule: a fixed number of verified visits produces a described reward. It is not a lucky draw. Do not use it to run a promotional competition.

You set the reward and its cost. When a plan charges a fee per reward, that fee is billed only when the customer redeems the reward. A stamp is not billed, and a reward that is earned but not used is not billed. A minimum monthly retainer may apply if an admin has set one. VAT is added on XEQT’s tax invoice.

You are responsible for the promise you make to your customers, including how long a reward stays valid. The editor asks you to acknowledge an expiry shorter than three years. That acknowledgement is your decision, not legal advice.

Staff must confirm real visits. Stamps and redemptions are logged. Corrections are new entries. XEQT can suspend a merchant that abuses the till.
